PILOMAT PASS devices are formed by cylinders of high degree of resistance to shocks that can be accommodated in a hole made on the floor and manage the traffic, ensuring freedom of pedestrian flow, without affecting the characteristics of environment.

There are three variants within PILOMAT PASS:

PILOMAT PASS Automatic

Operated from remote control, keypad and / or magnetic card.

PILOMAT PASS Automatic is provided with a double acting hydraulic actuator. It raised and lowered automatically by commands executed by authorized personnel or time switch. Are typically used when a lot of transitions are needed in certain restricted areas.
This version is undoubtedly the most versatile, as it has a wide range of optional equipment that allow for numerous configurations capable to solve various problems related to the regulation of traffic.
It has a safety device with an audible signal warns of operation and paralyzes the movement of elevation when detect some weight on the device.

PILOMAT PASS Semi automatic

Simple, effective and economical.

It solves problems without excessive cost related with the transit and / or parking, as it doesn’t need electricity.
Installation is very simple. It can be done directly since only required make a hole for its accommodation.
It’s provided with an autonomous gas actuator, after pressing the remote unlock it effectuates the automatic elevation.
Device is lowered by pressing with the foot on the top.

PILOMAT PASS Fixed

As supplement unifying aesthetic.

Pilomat Pass fixed is a esthetically identical to the mobile versions, and normally is used in combination with others when it’s necessary to restrict the partially transit zone.
It allows customizing colors and sizes.

Architectural line very practical can be installed in locations occasionally destined for demonstrations of different types (markets, fairs, concerts, festivals ...). ENERGY PILOMAT devices are installed in a hole made in the floor and allow at all times , in the down position, use the area as completely passable with the traffic. There are different configurations and models. All of them are customizable and coated with different materials (asphalt, marble, etc ...) for seamless integration with the existing pavement and the environment. PILOMAT ENERGY towers square versions are available in two sizes allowing different configurations. The definition of the appropriate model to use depends on the configuration ordered. The electrical system components are installed and therefore do not requires to install a remote control box.

Pilomat BOX

A closet hidden in the ground.
Pilomat BOX is a mobile retractable structure designed to accommodate enclosures for different uses: traffic signal management equipment, lighting, etc ...
Can be installed on decks or outdoor areas where it is not possible to locate a locker outside traditional. Using a gas actuator allow the automatic elevation . Once hidden, the area is completely passable.
